Job Description: Community Research Collective Member
We are seeking passionate individuals to join the Voices for Change Research Collective, a community-driven initiative in partnership with the Washington State Department of Health and the Environmental Health Disparities map. Your experiences and insights will help shape important conversations around children, health, education, environmental health, and community well-being.
This group is for all people. Each project has special focus and will ask to partner with people in certain demographics.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in Zoom-based group conversations on topics such as child development, health, education, environmental health, and community engagement.
- Answer reflection questions thoughtfully and provide personal insights and feedback.
- Share personal experiences, stories, and perspectives to contribute to a diverse and inclusive dialogue.
- Collaborate with other group members to identify challenges, opportunities, and solutions related to environmental health disparities.
Compensation:
- $100 per session
- Each session requires a 1–2 hour commitment.
Session Details:
- Dates: February 5, 12, 19, and 26
- Time: 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (PST)
- Location: Virtual via Zoom
Qualifications:
- Passion for improving community well-being, especially in areas related to children, health, education, and environmental health.
- Ability to engage in reflective, open, and constructive dialogue.
- Willingness to share personal experiences and insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to attending all scheduled sessions.
