Confidentiality: What is shared in this space stays in this space. We respect each other's privacy and trust, ensuring that what is said remains confidential.

Respect and Brotherhood: Treat one another with respect and understanding. We’re here to build each other up as brothers and fathers, not to judge or criticize.

Active Listening: Give each person the opportunity to speak, and listen with the intent to understand, not to respond. Every experience and voice is important.

Non-Judgmental Attitude: This is a safe space for sharing. Avoid offering unsolicited advice, and instead, share your experiences and insights when asked. We all have different paths and challenges.

Participation: We encourage regular attendance and active involvement in discussions. The strength of the group comes from everyone’s contributions, no matter how big or small.
